Do you realize, most users on paid to post come from the countries where English is second or even third language. That's why content quality on paid to post forums are very poor. If you become too strict, you will not have posters.

Yes, they do. I am not talking about the grammar or the fancy use of words. Even those with first language as English might not be an expert in the linguistic skills. But the quality of content matters. As long as the good quality content is delivered, the language doesn't matter much. But that can not be taken as an excuse for poor quality language all the time. If there is a sincere effort, one can always improve that too.

Language is the basic need when it comes to create quality content. If you do not know how to use language, how can you say things that you want to. The main problem with paid to post forums is most users are poor with writing content, this results in almost non-existent organic traffic.
