Is it right for the apprentice to hijack the customers/clients of the master?

There are some apprentices that have stayed with a particular master for quite some time. They know the job and also have access to the customers and clients of the master. Is it right for the apprentice to take orders and jobs from these customers and bypass the master to serve these clients/ customers?

Many people are doing this. But I think it is quite unethical. You are supposed to get salary from your employer. But at the same time, you are competing with your employer to get customers.

As a student, you have been here for a long time and have learned a lot, which is something to be proud of. But taking your boss's clients without permission is not a gentlemanly thing to do. Respect is the foundation of true success. If you need to be independent, it is better to talk to him first. Morality is more important than money. Clients come and go, but your name remains. Don't ruin a good relationship with a quick fix. Every step has its time.

You have completely wronged , student. Stealing a business owner's customers is to get rid of yourself.

That expert will not feel closed but you are the one who closed your door. Now even if you need advice, he will not be able to give it to you.

The one who gives you milk will not stop giving you cows. If you steal that person's customers, he will not be able to teach you again.

If you are greedy, you will not be able to eat fire. Work with integrity and you will build a good reputation.
