Is it the nature of business people and entrepreneurs to always be so forgetful?

Many of the business people that I have around me struggling with recalling things. They forget birthdays of important people in their lives. The only things they don't forget is business information and details.

Any other thing that is not business related, they hardly recall. Is it the nature of business people to always forget things?

I am guilty of this as charged. Truthfully, running a small business is so demanding that one shuts out their minds to other things that is not business.

A person that is running his business alone always has lots of things to do in the business that can make him or her forget things outside business easily. They always have extremely busy days.

Lol, you are right with this assertion. They just focus on their business especially when it is on the growth stage. But it isn't really nice

Not all business people, but indeed most of them do struggle to remember little details simply because they have so many things in mind.

My boss forgets small details about his family. What do you expect when he works from 7am to 7pm everyday.

Entrepreneurs can get so focused on their business that they can forget to take care of even their health

If I promise to call you during business hours, and it is a non business call, I would certainly not remember it. That's the simple truth.

I think this is due to the economy situation. A lot of people are so engrossed with payment of bills and other things.

People nowadays work far beyond the capacity they ideally should be working, especially entrepreneurs. You can't expect them to always be available mentally to remember everything.
