Some rich people have their operating principal they feel if they give out money sometime the person will use it for something and they will become poor so I never feel that is true it's very hard to see rich man offer Money for Free

I completely agree with you, i have comes across some who are wealthy and are givers. So being a giver does not matter if you are rich or poor, it depends on if you have that trait.

Not all rich people are stingy, there are also rich people who share their wealth, usually in the form of food for beggars on the side of the road. Rich people rarely meet beggars on the side of the road, they use private cars with drivers and go straight to the office or mall.

Agree with you on that. Rich people drive on their private cars and pass on roads where beggars are not found. The wealthy people in my country are always donating millions to victims of calamities and their names are hidden publicly. They also give huge donations to charitable institutions. They are mostly the benefactors for these charities.

It is okay now, indeed some rich people never care to give some money to the poor beggars. We cannot force them to do such act. But Gd sees everything.
