Oh ho, I am rich since I have my own property. It is very small, just 27 square meter but it is my. 100% owner.
I do not think it is true that some riches and wealth are compared to the amount of real estate property that you posses. There are some people who are rich but do not have the experience to invest in the real estate market..
Real estate is the real wealth. According to Karl Marx, the owners of land are the real owners of production. In my locality, you are not wealthy until you have a land to your name.

In my region most people are being considered as rich when they own real estate assets and agencies for that matter. However the ownership of cars and money is being recognised too.
Real estate property is not the only thing which you must have to become rich I think there are still some others valuable property which you can detained that is more valuable than the real estate property
