Is it worth purchasing faster devices to increase income?

I am finding that a lot of time is wasted due to slow devices, often it takes 30 seconds to one minute for the device to respond and I am wasting my time just waiting. Do members think that purchasing a faster device will help or the time wasted is due to hacking?

It depends on what you want to do. If you need better computer so that you can start video editing, spending money on better device is good

At the end of the day, what you do with the phone determines the kind of device you buy. Like myself i also use my phone for video editing and even picture editing and designing sometimes, so i definitely need a faster and higher phone.

The slowness of the process or responding to data does not only depend on the faster device but also on the internet connection, I think it is very necessary to have a faster device especially if your work requires data processing speed, such as video editing, graphic design or creating programs.

I find it difficult to get any online work which pays well, I am only getting low end work which pays very less, like watching videos, ptc, so I am wondering if it is worth investing.

If you are just a freelancer who only carries out light tasks such as watching videos, PTC sites, etc., of course you don't need a device with high specifications.

A fast device actually is worth investing in. A slow device makes it hard to make money online. You end up losing interest or thinking its not possible to make enough online.
