I am asking you this because there are customers who keep on. asking why the prices in the business keep on getting higher almost weekly. This day, I went to mini store near home and was about to leave because the mini store owner argued with a customer. The customer asked why the prices got higher every time she shopped there. The owner instead of explaining the reasons he instead argued sarcastically and rudely. The customer threw the goods on the floor and all the customers including me left. It was a discouraging scene. The business owner lacks morale and understanding. He lost huge profit on that day or might be forever.

The owner regretted his action. He told me that at that time he and his wife quarrelled affecting his mood. He said sorry to the neigbor customer and the customer understood. They are now in good terms. It's not good to argue impulsively.
