Most people occasionally worry about their finances, myself included 😅. However, if it interferes with your daily activities, financial stress may become an issue. For example, you may discover that your worry about money is keeping you from enjoying other aspects of your life or focusing on them. Financial stress can also lead to health issues such as joint discomfort and inflammation, limiting one's capacity to work.
So here are some tips that might be helpful (I hope🤞) to avoid getting stressed by money:

1. Refrain from letting money rule your mind.
2.Organize yourself.
3. Relax and let go.
4. Talk to someone about your financial troubles.
5. Manage your health for financial success.
6. Concentrate on achieving your financial goals.
7. Enjoy life a little.

Money isn't a stressful part of life. It is a basic for survival and exchange. The only people that allow money to stress them out is people that are always competing with other people. That's where there is always pressure to make more.

It's common to feel stressed about money when we set unrealistic goals. We often compare ourselves to others and feel the need to compete, which puts pressure on us to earn as much money as they do. However, it's important to set realistic goals for ourselves, so we can avoid unnecessary stress and focus on achieving our own accomplishments.

Stress will often occur in people when they don't have money or are too ambitious to quickly accumulate money. My principle for not stressing is to be grateful for what we have and the money we get, not to complain about getting less salary, because forever we will not be able to make ends meet.
