Is multi-level marketing a viable business model?

Multilevel marketing (MLM) is a business concept that entails hiring more company salespeople while also having hierarchical, unpaid sales teams that sell products directly to customers. Network marketing and referral marketing are other names for multilevel marketing. Do you believe that this is a sound business strategy?

I don't understand how it works as a marketing model. I am not even trying to understand because it is difficult for someone to convince someone to convince another person.

I believe it can be pretty effective for the business if done the right way, but at the same time it would require more funds to run.

When it comes to multiple level marketing, I don't consider it as a business at all. It is good for those people that have benefited from it but not me.

I don't pile thos form of doing business. it looks stressful to me. Trying to make money with persuading people to join w company under you. it does not make sense
