True, listening the needs and wants of the society could help the government to find the problems and solve them, but some time it is hard to fulfil all peoples need, because as a human we have a lots of different needs.

I think that in all countries the government doesn't work the way people want it to and I don't think it's possible to fix it. There is a serious war in my country right now, so I believe that the government is doing everything to protect itself, but not everyone is and there are those who want to make money from it
