Is there a difference between a sports bar and a drinking bar as a business?

I see some bars being described as, "Sports bars". We all know the common bars that people go to have a drink of two. Is there a difference between a sports bar and that drinking bar? What are those differences? And how do they affect running them as businesses?

it's slightly different as sport bar caters to sports fans and contains several televisions for sport enthusiasts to stop by to watch and often have in them sports memorabilia.

Yes I have seen cases like that, to watch a match, you need to buy a drink. That's the only way they would allow you stay.
