When it comes to lending of money to people, it is always a bitter experience for some people.and they have sworn not to lend money to anyone again.

But if you are to lend money to someone, what kinds of persons can you lend money to? Is there any special attributes or condition that can warrant you to lend a person money?

I don't often lend money out to people though, but I always ensure when I do, I give it to people I can trust to pay me back when the time comes.

Lending money has become very risky these days as most of them don't pay back. I therefore don't lend money.

I have quarreled with many people because I had to lend money to them. I just avoid any scenario that I have to lend money to someone.

Giving loans to friends or others often becomes animosity if the person does not pay their debts, so I prefer to give money in small amounts rather than lending. But sometimes I lend out of pity, such as to an old widow who has difficulty paying her electricity bill.

I would rather prefer to loan money to a distant person that I know I can explore any legal means to get back my money. But you can't be that exhaustive with family members and close friends.
