Supply chain and it's management is very essential for the operation of any business. But does the supply chain of a business play a big role in the overall profitability of a business?

Can someone explain how the supply chain can make a business profitable and how it can't?

What I do know is that a business would lose revenue if the supply chain is not managed efficiently to ensure production as at when due.

Yes, a supply can make you more money or nake the business more profitable. if you sell more to retailers than wholesalers you would make more profit as you sell at a retail price which is more expensive
