I recently resolved to stay eating more quality food. That has really shot up my monthly financial expenses. But I can't go back.

Is there any expense that you have added to your normal budget recently that has increased the budget? What expenses is that?

The time I started eating fruits and eggs as a daily routine. My expenses just increased by about 50%. With time, I got used to it.

Lol i can relate, you are right though, with time you will definitely get used to it. The most important thing is to have a good source of income.

Yes, I recently add Soyjoy bar to breakfast other than egg. Soyjoy bar has plant protein.

The most important thing is for those extra expenses to be beneficial to our physical and mental health and not a waste of money.
