When we open a marketplace app to purchase a product, we're always faced with numerous options, comparing reviews across different online stores. Naturally, the first store we choose is the one with the most positive reviews and the highest star rating. We also avoid stores with numerous customer complaints. In fact, we're often willing to pay more or for a higher price just for the sake of trust.
 
Trust is the key for an online business to thrive. It's trust that connects the online business with its virtual customers. When trust is gone because of a wrong or a fake deliveries, negative feedback will soar like a wild fire. Your customers will leave you leaving you broke.
 
Without trust an online business won't thrive. As an online seller I make sure that my customers are satisfied with my products and services. I asked them to evaluate my services and I will know it tomorrow. Since my online business products are displayed on Facebook Market Place so their feedback will be posted on my private account. I told them to evaluate me fair and square.
