It all depends on the niche and subject matter of those websites. If you can find cheap websites for sale and make them a lot more profitable than they were before, then yes, flipping websites is a good profitable business.

In theory, website flipping is profitable but in terms of practicality, it can be very difficult to generate profits because selling is difficult.
Website flipping can be profitable but there is a lot of competition, so is it sometimes difficult to sell websites.
I've built websites and sold them. I never bought any sites and resold them. It can be a profitable venture if you improve the site, and increase the monthly revenue.
