Is your registrar offering free domain names?

I have noticed that the domain registrar I use is offering free domain names , especially for domains which I have already registered in .com and other tlds. Do other members of this forum, who have domains , also receive offers for free domains from their registrar?

I have received a free domain from Namecheap only once. I had to drop the domain after one year because the renewal charges were very high

It's rare to find free domain names especially if they're TLD's.
