The Israeli military has established a military post in the village of Al-Hamidiya in Syria’s Quneitra region, reported Al Mayadeen. The Israel Defence Forces have also raised the paratroopers’ flag over the site, as per the April 15 report. This came as the Israeli defence minister on April 16 said that his troops would remain in what he called “security zones” in Gaza, Lebanon, and Syria
