According to the report, Israel has carried out massive raids across the West Bank as it launched a "special counterterrorism operation." Israel carried out military operations in four Northern West Bank cities including Jenin, Tulkarm, Tubas, and Nablus. Meanwhile, Palestinian Health Officials say that at least 10 civilians were killed.
