When it comes to customer satisfaction, one aspect that we tend to overlook is the waiting time to get served. For some business organisations, you would be delayed overtime trying to get served.

Keeping customers waiting for a long time to get served can greatly damage a business.
 
Yes it is not a good experience, if there is at all a situation like this happens, the company or organization should be able to at least give a proper explanation.
