It's festival time in India and my tailor hasn't met the deadline

From today starts "Navaratri" in India and a very important festival for the Bengalis. We call it Durga Puja and make new clothes. Since I usually buy sarees, I had to get my saree pico and blouses stitched. My tailor is not meeting the deadline which is very irritating. I have to run on Wednesday once again.
 
I thought this was a trait only found in tailors here in my country. It seems it still happens in other countries as well.

Lol sorry about that though, when did the tailor finally say it would be completed? I don't know why they keep on taking jobs when they know they can't complete it.
