Many of us have faced abuses in the past. Some of us even by our parents. Being the third of the siblings I was often taken for granted by my parents who often abused me verbally and physically. The next rots were my in-laws and my husband sometimes. At that stage I was grown up in my early 20s and retaliated when things became intolerable. However we often can't pay back in the same coin. What I mean is I couldn't be that mean and harsh to people who treated me that way. These memories do keep coming back to our memories time and again which makes us feel sad and angry too. How do you do away such memories which are disturbing?
