Well, it is hard and there are two reasons for it, one, getting traffic is very competitive, and two, you need to have high quality original content that is properly optimized for search engines.

I think that the essence for having high quality websites doesn't help a website to get some organic traffic. The point is most people don't find the those websites with great quality content.
