Role & Responsibilities: Earnings Enforcers play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our forum. As an Earnings Enforcer, your duties will include:
- Monitoring Discussions: Regularly review posts and threads to ensure compliance with forum rules.
- Enforcing Rules: Issue warnings, remove inappropriate content, and take disciplinary action when necessary.
- Member Assistance: Provide support to members by answering questions and resolving issues.
- Maintaining a Respectful Environment: Promote a culture of respect and positivity within the forum.
- Attention to detail.
- Sound judgment.
- A thorough understanding of forum rules.
- Strong conflict resolution skills.
- Earn an additional $0.01 per post and thread.
- Receive Gold Supporter Membership completely free.
- Possibility of additional rewards/pay based on performance.
Deadline: All applications must be submitted by July 9, 2024.
Commitment:
- Ability to check Discussion Bucks for at least 30 minutes a day, 5 days per week.
- Note: There is a 30-day probationary period for new moderators.
