According to the report, Former White House Chief of Staff Mick Mulvaney says a Judge agreeing to dismiss US President-elect Donald Trump’s January 6 case is a “huge win” for him.

The report said that Mr Mulvaney said the President-elect may still attempt to pardon himself once he is sworn in. “In our system, the Department of Justice has a standing policy that they don’t pursue sitting presidents,” Mr Mulvaney told Sky News Australia.

The report added that “Donald Trump is getting ready to take over the Department of Justice and it’s highly likely he’s incoming attorney general would likely have dismissed the case anyway. “It’s a huge win for Donald Trump.”

Donald Trump have craftily maneuver the case because a sitting president have immunity and can grant himself pardon. The law can be very stupod sometimes! I think there is a lacuna and such have no precedent in American law. Donald Trump have made another history.

The judge who handled the case resigned. He was thinking he might lose so he better resigned while there is still a chance. January 20 is closer from now for America to embrace the second appearance of Trump in the White House.
