Kate confirmed in March that she was diagnosed with cancer, but people are adamant because it was not made clear about the type of cancer Kate is suffering.

She is undergoing treatment but people want to know the kind of cancer and what kind of treatment is she taking. A royal expert said that a key milestone in Kate's health is just days away. People want to see Kate in their Balcony in the Buckingham Palace.

Kate also failed to attend the rehearsal, she is a Colonel of one of the regiments involved, but Kate apologised and promised to represent her task soon.
