Kentucky man arrested for decorating yard with fake corpses of politicians: police

According to the report, a Kentucky man was arrested after he allegedly placed fake bodies in his yard wearing the titles of city officials, including a hanging "District Judge," as Halloween decorations.

According to an arrest citation obtained by People, 58-year-old Stephan Marcum displayed five fake corpses wrapped in garbage bags on his lawn in various poses. There was one body that was being hung from an elevated position," the citation read. "The one hanging was labeled ‘District Judge.’ There was a rope around the neck of this body.

The report also said that Marcum labelled each owner corpse according to their position in the politics, including ta judge

Authorities arrested Marcum on October 4, charging him with intimidating a participant in the legal process and third-degree terroristic threatening. He reportedly told troopers that he did not want to talk about the "Halloween decorations" in his yard.
