According to the live report, protests have resumed in Kenya, as discontent mounts against President William Ruto despite his U-turn on the proposed tax hikes.

The report said that , Ruto agreed to scrap the contentious Finance Bill and called for dialogue following deadly protests. However, some protesters are skeptical and demand Ruto's resignation.
