Khartoum market slowly reopens after fighting

Business is returning to Khartoum’s central market after the army pushed paramilitaries out. For me, the most relevant aspect is recovery. Personally, I think it’s inspiring how traders rebuild. What surprises me is the resilience of commerce amid ruins. For me, the most important step is stability. In the end, I believe markets symbolize hope for Sudan’s future.

Good. Business revived in Khartoum market after the military drove out the rebels from the city center. It is amazing to see traders trying to restore their old lives with great courage and without fear.
