The reality star shared that she works out for an hour and a half every day, focusing mainly on strength training with some pilates and light cardio.
 
That's normal for a celebrity maintaining their look and slimming body. Their fans will react if notice changes of their favorite celebrity getting a fatty look. That could become and issue in the celebrity world.
 
Haha Kim is still in the game, man, at 44 years old, she still has the discipline to work out for an hour and a half daily, not that game. She says she mixes strength and a little pilates with light cardio. That's when you know consistency is the secret to a fit body.
