In the world of business, scams exists everywhere. But you just can't label someone to be a scammer. You must have sufficient proofs to show that the person intended to defraud you.

If not, if you call someone a scammer and they sue you, it is a caseyif defamation and you are liable.

Lol funny but very true. Same here, i always try to give benefits of a doubt first and gather enough proof first before i conclude.
