Why are they criticizing the marriage though? Though am sure a lot of them would assume she has some selfish reasons for marrying him.

They say Lauren is too old, they consider a negative point she has 3 children (disregarding he also has a son from his first marriage), they say she isn't truly attracted to Jeff, well, in a nutshell, they surely/probably think he could afford a 20 years old fresh girl, but avoiding to re-marry (considering such fellow citizens of mine cultivate a debauched spirit, I wouldn't consider at all their very questionable opinions).
