Leadership is lonely

This is a harsh truth for those leaders in an organization, association and even leader in a country. It's simply because you do the tough decision alone . If you've been a leader before, I'm so sure you experienced it. I was a leader of a club named ROTARACT CLUB under the umbrella of the Mother ROTARY CLUB, I was a lonely leader. I have to decide the tough projects and laws and presented them during the ROTARY meeting composed of 680 lawyers. The club trained me to become a tough leader. I was glad to have experienced it which I still carry on until this time.

Being a leader is a big task to carry. Back then in school I was once a leader in my class and it wasn’t really easy for me cause I was really quite and self disciplined then I used to be the one to make the decisions and answer to all questions tho it wasn’t easy but I still tried my best in everything I did then.

It's not easy to be a leader. We need focus and determination to function according to what the majority expect from us.
