A payment processor had accepted the passport as id proof in 2022, after which the customer started using their services, paying an annual fee of $29 + processing fee. In January 2026, they have suddenly rejected the passport and are not transferring or refunding the payment withdrawn.
Has anyone faced a similar problem and how to take legal action against the payment processor for refusing to refund the payment to the customer?
