The link forum for Feedback & Dispute Resolution at the bottom of the Bucks Exchange Central is still wrong. I made a note of this while I was a beta tester but seems it's still been missed.

It goes to:

Which is a page that says:

According to my checks, it should be working for you. The permissions are set for all registered members, and I didn't have access previously, but I do know when I made the adjustment earlier. I'll look further, but at this time, I'm not certain what's going on as it should be working.
