According to the report, the European Union and NATO have agreed to a Ukraine Compact deal, committing to support Ukraine's defence requirements through military assistance, economic aid, and training.

The report added that this agreement follows NATO and its allies reaffirming their backing for Ukraine against Russia during their NATO summit in 2024.
