According to the report, M-tron Industries has secured a $20-million, two-year production contract to supply high-performance radio frequency (RF) components for a major US air defense program. Work under this award will be carried out at M-tron’s Orlando, Florida, production facility through mid‑2028, and the program tied to these components is expected to remain in production past 2030 as part of US and allied defenses.

The report also stated that M-tron’s RF filters and clock oscillators are used across a wide range of systems, including precision-guided munitions, communications gear, radar and electronic warfare suites, unmanned platforms, and space applications.

The report said that this award demonstrates the trust our customers place in M-tron to meet the evolving and rigorous demands of the Department of Defense serving their nation, as well as their allies.

In addition, that same year, M-tron was awarded a $3-million order to provide rugged crystal and cavity RF filters in support of a longstanding air defense program, marking repeat business for components supplied over two decades.

In September 2025, the company also secured a significant production contract for next‑generation multi‑domain data link RF components, a program expected to run into the 2030s.
