M23 Rebels Capture Goma: DRC says it's a "War Declaration" by Rwanda

According to the report, a militant group called M23 has captured the city of Goma in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Goma is the capital of the DRC's mineral-rich North Kivu province.

The report said that the DRC says the capture of Goma is a "declaration of war", by its neighbor, Rwanda. Rwanda has regularly been accused of supporting the M23 rebels.

The report added that it's a claim that Kigali has denied. But the US, the UK, and France seem to support the DRC, and these UN Security Council nations are pressuring Rwanda to stop M23.

All these people never ask themselves why M23 are fighting and have never stopped or why Congo ignored on purpose the agreement they had in 2010 to stop fighting and betrayed them. DRC is losing the war which is why is searching to involve Rwanda in its problems and then involve the international community. Rwanda cannot motivate such determination of M23 for its cause. M23 have their motives to fight. Rwanda did not at all raise such anger of M23. M23 has its cause. The world needs to understand.
