Making you wait to waste your time?

One of the easiest ways to make a person waste his or her time is by making the person wait. The problem is particular severe for those who are self employed, not employees who get a fixed salary even if they do not work. Has anyone wasted your time, making you wait?

Most of the time I faced this problem but after getting certain heart aching wait. I started using stop loss formula as I started saying other person as maximum I'll wait for you on the decided spot for 15 minutes and after than I'll move away.

There are certain people that love to make one to wait. I have encountered many, and still I keep encountering them. I can wait for a reasonable period of time, and some valid reasons merit the wait. But patience is definitely limited after certain point and there is no going back after that point.
