What is malicious conduct? Malicious conduct is an act whereby the person knowingly and intentionally defames and disregards the safety of the concerned individual. That action may impart or convert the safety of human life. It is punishable by law and whoever is indicted to this shall answer the malicious intent or conduct for a person. If you describe someone's words or actions as malicious, you mean that they are intended to harm people or their reputation or cause them embarrassment and upset.
