Even if our business is small we cannot avoid to encounter conflict. The causes might be laziness at work of the staff, absenteism, late coming to work or bad attitude of a staff. If this occurs in my small business, I will not hesitate to confront the staff face to face. I want to ask him or her if she likes to resign because of the indifference of attitude or giving him or her a second chance.

In your case, what will you do, fire or retain the staff?

I'm thankful there was never a conflict of my staff. I already told them to avoid it because my business will be affected. The customers are also sensitive and observant. They may be awkward in approaching them.
