Negotiation is more than just haggling over prices, it’s about creating value for both sides. I’ve noticed that understanding the other party’s goals, staying patient, and knowing your limits often leads to better deals. Even small concessions can build trust and long term partnerships. How do you approach negotiations? Do you prioritize relationships or immediate gains?

The negotiation must favour the both parties. No one should be pushed aside without considering the other party. Focus on offering value that would enable a smooth negotiation. I avoid immediate gains rather, I try to build lasting relationship that would keep my customers running back.
