May I know the value of crypto earned from Sweatcoins?

I am a sweatcoin member / user for two years now. I earned sweatcoins and they are accumulating almost reaching 4000 sweatcoins. I am using the app every afternoon for my 25 minutes walk that reaches 3 500 steps and am paid on that.

Apart from the sweatcoins, I also register in their crypto and was given the 9 words / phrases password. I realized that I cannot get in after having accumulated my crypto coins.

May I know if I can use the password if I log in to my crypto bypassing the sweatcoins?
