Metaverse Business: Dangerous Hype or Billion-Dollar Opportunity?

According to The Wall Street Journal, one of the biggest digital real estate deals to date was a $4.3 million virtual land deal in The Sandbox. In addition, luxury brand such as Gucci and Balenciaga already provide digital clothing for avatars. Because of this, experts predict that by 2030, the metaverse market may be valued between $50-54 billion. While some consider this to be overhyped and unstable, others see it as the next big thing in entrepreneurship.

Is the metaverse merely a fad, or could it actually influence how businesses operate in the future? What's your take on this ?

I don't always understand the entire Meta Verse thing. But it is looking like it would be the next big thing in business going forward in the future.
