Middle school teacher accused of raping student in classroom over several days

From Orlando, Fla. Report, a Florida middle school teacher faces charges after allegedly raping a middle school student in her classroom. Sarah Jacas, 32, was arrested by the Orange County Sheriff's Office on Monday and charged with multiple counts of lewd or lascivious battery, lewd or lascivious molestation, and statutory rape by an authority figure.

The report said that the alleged victim, now 16, reported to deputies on June 10 that Jacas had sexually abused him in 2023 when he was 14. The student began eating lunch in Jacas' classroom at the start of the 2022-23 school year due to difficulties fitting in.

The report also stated that the affidavit for arrest warrant details that the relationship between Jacas and the student grew closer during these lunches, eventually leading to alleged molestation. The student claimed that their interactions escalated from hugs and kisses to sexual abuse.

In addition to the report, Jacas was released from the Orange County Detention Facility on June 25 after posting bail.

Frankly speaking I feel that since they already did this in 2023 if am not wrong then nobody know I think it's agreement which both of them have reached so proper investigation need to be carried out but the teacher in question need to go to jail

That criminal should have not granted a bail. The victim was 14 years old when he was abused. He was afraid to tell his parents. He was afraid to fail in the class of the rapist teacher. The boy suffered sexual abuse by this animalistic teacher for two years. I will follow up for the sentencing of the criminal. Hoping she will be jailed for life.
