According to the report, the Estonia-based Milrem Robotics has chosen French manufacturer Texelis to supply mobility subsystems for its upcoming next-generation robotic combat vehicles (RCVs).
The report also stated that the modular, scalable, and mission-flexible 12-ton-plus RCVs will be supplied with Texelis’ high-performance electrified tank drivetrain, which enables them to operate in challenging terrain with advanced endurance and maneuverability.
Kuldar Väärsi, CEO of Milrem Robotics, said that selecting Texelis as their strategic supplier of mobility subsystems is a crucial step in developing their next-generation robotic combat vehicles.
The report added that their proven expertise in delivering advanced mobility systems will ensure their platforms are unmatched in their ability to traverse complex terrains and operate in the most challenging battlefield scenarios.
