If there is complain that a worker is flirting with female employees, there is reason to give stern warning and caution. If the worker continues, immediate dismissal is necessary because such behavior can undermine business growth. Once a female worker give such complain it simply means that she don't fancy such approach and can result in female molestation which may give bad image to the businessIf female employees are complaining that a worker is misbehaving and flirting with them at the workplace, not listening to their instructions, what should the person hiring the worker do? Should the worker be fired or is there any way this misbehavior can be prevented?
If it is just flirtation and it is not done in the workplace, let the male staff be. That's a private life which doesn't concern you as a boss of the organisation.
