If female employees are complaining that a worker is misbehaving and flirting with them at the workplace, not listening to their instructions, what should the person hiring the worker do? Should the worker be fired or is there any way this misbehavior can be prevented?
 
You don't fire someone for flirting with a co staff. They absolutely have the right to but it is not in my business place or during official hours. It is a personal life for someone to choose who to flirt with. As long as it doesn't affect my business, happy flirtation from your boss.
 
The worker will usually not get an opportunity to interact with the female employees outside the workplace,The workers are usually having plenty of free time, waiting and some are misusing the free time,

If there is complain that a worker is flirting with female employees, there is reason to give stern warning and caution. If the worker continues, immediate dismissal is necessary because such behavior can undermine business growth. Once a female worker give such complain it simply means that she don't fancy such approach and can result in female molestation which may give bad image to the business

If it is just flirtation and it is not done in the workplace, let the male staff be. That's a private life which doesn't concern you as a boss of the organisation. You undermine yourself by entering into the private lives of your employees.
 
The flirtation and misbehavior is at the workplace only, the young women will otherwise not meet or interact with the male worker who is flirting with them, and the young women are complaining.
