According to the report, Russian authorities are increasing pressure on suppliers of fruits and vegetables from Azerbaijan amid a rapid deterioration in relations with Baku, which began after the detention and mysterious death of representatives of the Azerbaijani diaspora in the Urals. Rospotrebnadzor employees in Krasnodar blocked the import of 18 tons of Azerbaijani peaches and nectarines to Russia.

The report said that the sudden increase in Rosselkhoznadzor notifications to the Food Safety Agency looks like an attempt to artificially create grounds for restricting imports from Azerbaijan, Guliyev complains. Dairy products from Azerbaijan were also subject to restrictions: Rosselkhoznadzor imposed a ban on two Azerbaijani enterprises that, according to the agency, refused to undergo inspection.

In addition to the report, in response, the Azerbaijani authorities shut down the Russian propaganda agency Sputnik in Baku and charged two of its executives with espionage. In addition, eight Russian nationals were detained in Azerbaijan and charged with drug smuggling and cybercrime.

This story is very intense because it concerns the high tension between Russia and Azerbaijan. The report says that Russian authorities have started to tighten the grip on suppliers of fruits and vegetables from Azerbaijan after the issue of detention and mysterious death of the diaspora in the Urals. Rospotrebnadzor blocked the import of 18 tons of peaches and nectarines from Krasnodar and Rosselkhoznadzor banned dairy products, also claiming that two Azerbaijani companies refused inspections.

On the other hand, Azerbaijan did not remain silent, they closed the Sputnik agency in Baku, charged two executives with espionage and detained eight Rwandans on charges of drug smuggling and cybercrime. This is like a game of political chess with each side making its move. It is like when a Maori carving breaks and the roots lose balance and the Russian idiom says that great power must be cut with intelligence. Tension is high and the outcome is still unknown.

This is always the attitude and reaction of Putin whenever a problem like this occurs, which is why he will never accept the peace deal proposed by US President Trump. It's his pride that keeps on taunting him.
