Misleading advertisements and their Impacts on consumers' trust levels

You might trick your consumer once with misleading ads, but you cannot trick them again and again. This kind of marketing does not work
Yes, you are so right on that, the marketing management may succeed in their tricks once but not forever. They can never regain the trust of the people they cheated with a wrong ads.
 
Most of the advertisements tend to exaggerate the effectiveness of their products. This will destroy the trust of customers. More seriously, it is an offence if the company is intentionally misleading customers through their advertisements and bring negative effects using the product.
 
I was once a victim of a misleading ad. I was attracted on the manner they presented it through sample. It was a facial product, Many bought it but after two weeks people's faces turned black. The company was sued but they escaped.
