Most people are linking their bank account to their mobile payment account, which is extremely risky if a person has a large amount of money in their bank account. Is the mobile payment account directly linked to the bank account in your country?

In many countries, mobile payment accounts are directly linked to bank accounts, facilitating quick and convenient transactions. However, this also carries certain risks, especially for those with large balances, as a security breach could jeopardize significant funds. Therefore, it's important to take additional security measures, such as using two-factor authentication, keeping apps updated, and limiting access to the mobile account. Furthermore, some platforms offer linking options that prevent direct transfers, which can reduce risk. Ultimately, the key is to be aware of the risks and adequately protect accounts to avoid substantial losses.

We don't have to link our mobile payment account to our bank account. It is an option that is never mandatory for the working of mobile wallets.
True that, linking to a bank's optional, many ppl use mobile wallets standalone, it's all about convenience and flexibility!
